Total Media 3 is trying to access Internet EPG information from the
link below. I get page can't be displayed. Doe TitanTV have a special
arrangement with TitanTV? Should I be going to a different URL?

Hello,

The URL you are referring to is the old "Big Screen" version of
TitanTV which has not been available for quite some time.

The standard URL ( http://www.titantv.com/ ) is what you should use if
possible.
