Embedding TitanTV in another site?

Hi. I'm building an app for a public TV station that will allow users
to type in their zip code, then choose a provider, and have their
channel lineup listed for them. I don't know where to get the data for
such an app. Is there a free source for such data, because we're non-
profit with a very small budget?

Is there a commercial service from TitanTV (hopefully low cost), where
we can use an iframe to point to this functionality? Or some other
component that can be plugged into our site to allow this capability?
