NTSC, ATSC and QAM and "Clear QAM"

I just bought a used Media Center (Windows XP) computer having a tuner
card that only receives "Clear QAM" TV channels (unscrambled digital
cable). Does the TitanTV website have a feature that identifies
whether a given program in a line-up is NTSC, ATSC and QAM and "Clear
QAM" ?
The customer support people at Comcast (Baltimore - Anne Arundel Co)
don't seem to know what I'm talking about when I ask them for a
listing of which of their channels are Clear QAM.

TitanTV listings do support QAM and we display QAM channel information
when it is provided to us. We do not however have a way to
differentiate between QAM and clear QAM.
