Captains,

This weekend we will be starting our post season tournament. Division 1 & 2 will have the top 6 teams in the East and West division competing in a cross bracket format. Division 3 will have the top 8 teams playing out in a single elimination tournament. I have attached the tournament brackets for your scheduling. There is also a master schedule attached that will give you umpire information for the tournaments.

Teams at this time that have qualified for the tournament must submit your tournament roster to me by 12:00 pm on Friday. All players that are on your tournament roster must have played in at least two regular season games this season. If you had any games that were determined by a forfeit then the winning team can submit the 11 players that would have played that game. The forfeiting team may not count any players for the game they forfeited. If teams split point those teams will not be able to count any players for that game toward their games played.

If we are to receive weather this weekend this is what will happen to the games moving forward:

Saturday if games are rained out the games move to Sunday the 23^rd at same time and Locations. Sunday games would then be moved to Saturday the 29^th with games that were scheduled on the 29^th will move to the 30^th.
Sunday if games are rained out the games will move to Saturday the 29^th same time and Locations. Saturday games on the 29^th will move to the 30^th.
If the Quarter final games are rained out or moved from the 29^th and 30^th weekend then they will be scheduled for July 13^th with Championship games scheduled on July 14^th same location and times.
If this does not work out we may need to have a week night playoff game
All games should finish in full.

All teams should have enough game balls to last them through the first two games. I will leave some cricket balls out at the site if teams have used all there game balls this season due to washed out games.
