We – TITA – Gladly inform that the Master Health checkup program was successfully conducted by our association on 8^th of this month. 41 TITA Members and 17 Related peoples done their master health checkup. The amount collected detail is

                                                  Collected Amount         -              To pay PRIMEX

41 TITA Members  x Rs: 300    = 12,300/-                   -              24,600 ( 41 x Rs:600 )

17 Related Others x Rs: 600     = 10,200/-                   -              10,200  ( 17 x Rs:600)

Total Amount                                22,500/-                   -              34,800

 

We request your permission to pay the amount Rs: 22,500/- directly to M/s Primex Scans & Labs PVT. LTD.  And the remaining different amount Rs: 12,300 will be given by CONFED directly to  M/s Primex Scans & Labs PVT. LTD.

We also send the details by postal letter to the CONFED Treasurer.
