I would stay with the 7.1. I have a full bracelet , no muranos, and first had the 6.7. It was so too tight once my bracelet was full. ! My wrist is just about 5.75 inches . Even with the 7.1 I get some marks in my skin from the charms , but I think that happens to everyone? Now I still can use yhe 7.7 but only 1/4 to half full.
