Fantasia Holdings Group Company Limited (SEHK: 1777) is a leading property developer in China. It operates in five segments: property development, property investment, property operation services, property agency services and hotel services. Its other operations include provision of tourism and entertainment services, and interior design services.[1]
The Group first commenced its property development business in Shenzhen in 1996, which was established by Miss Zeng Jie, the niece of China's former vice-president, Zeng Qinghong.[2] In 2009, its shares were listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange with IPO price of HK$2.2 per share.[3][4][5]
On 5 October 2021, Fantasia Holdings missed a payment on a USD$206 million bond that had matured the day before, triggering a default. Just weeks prior, the developer had assured investors it had "no liquidity issue". This resulted in fears of contagion from the Evergrande liquidity crisis.[6]

Fantasia in Pacific City is located in the beachfront community of Tierra Del Mar. This three bedroom, one and a half bath home has room for eight or less guests. On the lower entry level of this vacation home is a bedroom with a king bed and TV. In the hallway is an alcove with a twin bed for sleeping or to snuggle up on and read a book. There is a half bath on the entry level of the home that also doubles as the laundry room. Upstairs are two more bedrooms; one with a queen bed and the other with both a twin-twin bunk bed and a full bed. There is a tub and shower combination bath on this floor. The living room, dining room and kitchen are all open for the family to move freely about. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need to prepare a quick breakfast before heading out for the day or a nice family dinner. The living room has cable TV and a DVD player with a selection of movies. Wi-Fi is also available for its guests at this rental. There is a nice sized deck overlooking the enclosed yard below, and beach access is only one block from the home. This area of the coast is great for beachcombing and is a favorite spot for surfers. There is a fire pit in the backyard to make s'mores with the family and talk about the days adventures. From the moment you step through the grand entrance you will see that this home is furnished to a very high standard with every comfort anticipated. From the comfortable leather sofas, to the Games Room and finally, the King size 4-poster bed, this home is upscale in its' appointments throughout.
Outdoor living is very much the focus of this home. The home comes with a large Gas BBQ plus outdoor sink area with outdoor refrigerator to store ice cold drinks for the ultimate poolside convenience.
In keeping with the outdoor living focus of this home, the property has a heated in-pool spa and freeform pool as a wonderful backdrop to your stay. We do not charge extra for spa heat which is included in our rates. The lanai is also landscaped with tropical plants to enhance the beauty of the whole area.
If the Guest wishes to cancel a reservation, he or she should advise the Agent immediately by email. All monies paid to the Agent at time of cancellation shall be retained by the Agent and are non refundable. In the event of Guest cancellation and all monies due have been paid to the Agent and Guest has zero balance due, the Agent shall retain all payments made and will refund the cleaning fee only. This term is also applicable in the event of failure to arrive or utilize the reserved dates by the Guest. Please Note: We strongly recommend that Guests take a travel insurance policy that covers cancellation and curtailment charges to ensure they are protected in such an event that they must cancel their reservation with the Agent.
A deposit of 25% must accompany each reservation to secure the requested dates. Final balance payment is due 60 days' prior to arrival to complete the reservation. All reservations made less than 60 days prior to the arrival period will be required to pay in full at time of reservation.
Our family had the best vacation experience being here in Cape Coral. This house was exactly as shown and was super clean and ready for our 4 girls to have the best time ever and enjoy the canal while swimming. Also being close to tons of delicious food areas and within 20-30 minutes to some of nicest beaches. We have taken our family to Florida 3 times now and this was one of the best vacation properties by far. We would love to come back again sometime soon.
This house is as advertised, both inside and out. It is in a very quiet and reassuring neighborhood and provided such a comfortable place to stay for our 8 nights. The interior is modern and clean with so many furnishings/accessories provided for cooking in, and the outdoor pool/hot tub/lanai/boat dock areas are amazing. The property is extremely convenient with ease of access to shopping, restaurants/bars, etc. The communication with the property management team was absolutely first rate, as were both the check in and check out processes. Five stars all the way around, and we definitely hope to return for another stay.
The house was everything we expected and much more. We travel to Cape Coral two times a year and this was one of our favorite houses...we will return again next year. Thank you for making more beautiful memories!
Comfortable beds, safe neighborhood, family friendly price. We had all the info needed to understand how to operate the home features. We had a couple issues with house and the property managers were quick to respond and took care of the issues.
My wife and enjoyed a quick trip to Cape Coral and this property. It is located near great food options like Rum Runners and Lobster Lady. The pool area is very nice and relaxing with a great view of the canal. The home is located in a nice quiet neighborhood so it was everything we needed.
Our family had a great stay. Property manager let us know before our arrival of an outside bathroom had a small issue. That had no affect on our stay or the wonderful time our family had by the pool. The outside area was the hit spot for our kids, well the adults too! We will be returning!!!
Spent a week over 4th of July with my wife and 4 boys. The house had everything we needed with a spacious pool and lots of great places to eat nearby. Would recommend to any family looking to visit the Cape Coral area. Thanks for hosting us!
This property is everything it says and more! We stayed here with friends 2 years ago and we were excited to be able to stay here again, this time for 2 weeks. There is plenty of room for everyone and the furniture is so comfortable. Plenty of room to shoot pool, play cards, do puzzles and play games.The kitchen has everything you need and then some. It's nice to be able to cook and chat with others at the same time. Communication with management is A+ and quick and pleasant to talk with. Neighborhood is nice with shopping just a short trip away. Pool area and spa are wonderful, with plenty of room to lounge in the sun or sit at the large table for outdoor dining and games in the shade with the lanai fans going. House has an umbrella and chairs in case you want to go to the beach ( we visited Sanibel a few times ) . Had a small issue with spa not blowing bubbles and that was quickly handled. We plan on staying here again as this has become our Florida vacation home of choice by all. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!
