Choice of journal will depend on the public health issue your organis'n is focusing on...I can suggest you journals in the field of sexual health and HIV/AIDS.

Alternatively you can look at the Impact factor of the various journals. The higher it is, more cited its articles are. 

Have a look at the Asia pacific journal of public health, if you want a journal in Asian context..

pooja..u dont have to worry dear..U will have a Tamilian by ur side most of the times to get u out of sticky situations like language-barrier and north-Indian-dislike. But for rest of the times, when u are on ur own..I would suggest that U learn up Tamil from Sreeni..

but even apart from these things...it is frustrating to live in this city man...its bloody hot and u dont get SW monsoons here...public transport is pathetic..road traffic is uncontrolled and rowdy...drainage is nonexistent...just 1 shopping mall for all practical purposes...customer services everywhere is slow, indifferent and discourteous..hardly any theatre shows hindi movies....and the restaurants apart from the ones serving south Indian food are pathetic...

am not discouraging you..when u r in luv u tend to ignore many things..Hope u have a good time here..:)
