Dear All,
How are you all doing?
Well, if you are confused why I have mentioned your favorite author's name in the subject line then let me offer you an explanation. It turns out that Harvard school of Public Health would be conducting an online course on
Quantitative Methods in Clinical and Public Health Research and Marcello Pagano is one of the tutors. Whats more, its totally free; you just need to register online. Here is the link for more details: https://www.edx.org/courses/HarvardX/PH207x/2012_Fall/about. Thought, it would be a good idea to share with you guys. Please forward it to as many people as you may think will benefit from it.
BTW, I visited TISS in August and met many professors. It was a great trip and made me quite nostalgic too. They have placed a lot of chairs/benches in the quadrangle and it looks a lot more crowded. The tree of wisdom is gone! Attaching a pic, I took on the visit. Locations of teachers' cabins have been changed with only health faculty in the old building (ground floor) and the other schools' faculty in the new building. Sivakami Ma'am has got married and is happily shuttling between Mumbai and Delhi- where her husband is. And ya...Julie has given birth to many puppies.
Okk lot of trivia there..!!
Take care!
