hey i ve never been to coimbatore!

i am in pondicherry or puducherry as it is called now....

it s been almost a year since i ve shifted to pondi and time has flown!!!

work has been keeping me occupied and this year i ve made a resolution to travel and explore more of india...

not too many problems at my side ... but something is telling me to take a different path ...

time will tell....

 

wat abt TISSians thr?

i dint take any competitive exam .. how was the tiss exam this yr? any news on no. of calls etc?

well TISS is the way brick n mortar n life... like it would be :) not much with the dawn of the new year!! placements aint so cute this year and is still on.. the admission test was a tad tougher than the ones we would know TISS to put up... results expected month end peh..  its nice how you talk about the different path.. we have slowly lost out thoughts in the whirl of the strong winds around. the touring plans also sound great. i have plans of leh-ladakh later this year - do keep me posted if u plan something n won mind the traffic along!!

 

planning to take up research next year... maybe do a phd and get into teaching.. dunno, the corporate shit seems too costly and ya.. am searching for a bylane around it :)

Dear All

i m enjoying myself the bloody rigour of mumbai!!

Every day when I go to sleep, i thanks God to keep me alive.

And ya, this is the worst time in century to do a MBA/MA or wat ever..U guys are lucky(exclude Sapta)

But also, I m really lovin it. enjoyin the weather. tight time schedules.phone calls to home. old memories of Bangalore.and obviousll Tiss aspirants gang at CCD..

But missin Bangalore a Lot..

And Ya, I agree with Sapta. even I am thinkin about joining NIFT as a prof. This can be best job in times of great depression 2.0 (GOVT Job under ministry of textiles is better than under Satyam)..

will write more..gotta go!

Ahmmm ! Interesting! We have two wise ;-) profs in the making…with their “own different reasons and ideas of being profs”…..I find it amusing how we get to think differently and yet point at the same conclusions…much like treading different paths and landing in the same place...and why? And how?

 

Guess am not making much sense here :-P ..so keeping all these questions to myself, herez the story at my end…always tot I was a patient listener.. my listening skills have been tested to hilt now…with two chatterboxes – harjot and navia- around me all the time …...these days,i am most of the time Lost amidst two very contradicting and strong and “anokhe” vichaar…where either both make sense or none…nevertheless I’m enjoying all these moments…Funnn Shunn is the keyword J…

 

And yeah TISS, guess I screwed up the exam…if I get a call, mite just be some birthday blessings nd charm….tryin to evade the feelin…but the “brick and mortar and life” is always better than just “brick and mortar”…so Tiss ! sigh ! Tiss ! how I wish….

i like the bit about listening skills going for a toss amidst the strong 'effects' albeit of learned people!! the why and how of different paths, same place... i am not sure... there is no one world for everyone and so TISS has flavors different.. i hope the magic works for you guys man!! and u also get to make a different ends to the same means :) do not worry... 2009 would be a good year!!

 

bangalore is a place even i miss... but the maximum city is supposed to be like this... u can never belong here. u can just be like a welcomed guest who has to 'behave' him/her-self for the association to continue... its a strange land..

in the past few days when i moved to this "lavlay" in pune i have missed Bangy like HELL !
And all the special memories associated with it...

Neo's frames ...those small tiny frames of moments that have flown by keep haunting me...day and night...especially in that twilight between sleep and dreams....

i have felt regret ...deep pain also not knowing where some of those special people are...how are their days passing...how fiercely is the dream burning...is HR still alive somewhere>>>>

guys let's keep chattin...once in a while...drop a few pics ...drop aline or too...good or bad ..whatever !! Anythin...
