JD for Business Development Manager
Location of position – Gurgaon.
Role:-
1. Conduct research around the sectors chosen per strategic intent of the organization.. Understand emerging trends of development impact and work towards the same.
2. Identify opportunities & organizations and for live and opens project, collate and engage on open and future RFPs
3. Develop project constructs / proposals in consultation of Management team.
4. Engage with donor/sponsors to help finalize and approve project proposals.
5. Complete all project application related requirements, compliances, as per deadlines.
6. Engage with the execution team, and co-own progress on ground.
7. Monitor and report to donors on delivery by projects as per agreed milestones/timelines plans.
Candidate profile
1. 1-3years’ work experience
2. MBA, Masters in social sciences from TISS, XLRI, TERI, XIM, MANAGE
3. Preferably working for a not for profit, social enterprise, or donor agency.
Skills –
1. Excellent in written English, well versed with proposal writing for projects
2. Keen interest in developmental subjects
3. Data analysis and smart representation of the same for easy understanding.
4. Report writing skills.
