Dear Sir,

I passed out M.A in Social Entrepreneurship in 2013. Had financial constraints so had to take up job which I never wanted to. Worked for couple of years and then started 2 companies:

Infinity Designs.

In last three years I was working day in and out, and got an email for alumni meet. I visited the college, connected with alumni, faculty and juniors. End of the meet, dean said that - "TISS is your home, whenever you want to come you are welcome".

I have developed a disease called xnaphlixis because of 7000 people die every years and its happens due to allergic reactions in the body. I got this disease when during my pg days i was working for an RTI activist in Bundelkhand district, village banda. I helped the RTI activisit to get the MNREGA scam unearth and sarpanch along with her stone mafia song got jail with a fine. At that time when I was under life threat along with RTI activist, I came to know that value to brand TISS which helped me to connect with the secretary of Jai Ram Ramesh. During my visit to TISS, I found the environment at denoar farm road pleasant due to lot greenery and my respiratrory disorder, I thought can get some relief. As a result I shifted to B-1, Amit Park on deonar pharm road on 7 th nov. I scored 7.9 CGPA and while I got the degree no booklet was given to me of do's and don'ts as an alumni. 

One day I got my clothes washed at the laundry because everybody in B-1 amit park was doing the same. All are passed out or either project staff. For that also, Nirmla Momin spoke in a very demeaning language. Her words were - " I wore TISS tshirt and got clothes washed". Believe me sir, i never bought a Tshirt one she talked about was the one I won in Asia pacific bplan along with that 25K as price money coming a 2nd runner up.

Lots of outsiders and passouts are staying in the campus and those who has personal relationships with Nirmala they get a special treatment. I just kept my bag in a room that too a friends room which had my sports material. They whole material is worth 7-8K, nirmala confiscated the same.

When I asked for the same, I was asked to meet Mr. Shahjahan and these people made a volley ball out of me to get my material back. Finally, I was agreed to pay the fine that they were imposing on me, Nirmala starting taunting me in ways that were demeaning.

I even paid for yearly library fees but these people colluded against me without no reason, I was asked not to play in campus. I am a social entrepreneuer, i found this as a social problem and made a bplan out of the same. I teach football to stafff quater kids under a brand name Roar Academy.

I even asked Mr. Mohan Kumar to allow me to train staff quater kids who were interested to play football. These is geninue talent among those kids but have problem while playing -lack of sports material, space crunch and guidance. I got a call from Mr. Mahendra that you application is rejected.

It is painful to see TISS they way it is and you also will be going in sometime. Power structures have become so penetrated in our college that today even sections officers like nirmala have got all the right to speak in demeaning, derogatory and throwing jibes on a genuine person who came to give back to the campus. And end of the day they do not want to listen and other person should not shout on them.

I was coming with staff quater kids, had taken them to Kstar mall, roof top futball turf to play and when i enter the campus, my enter was banned. My library card was taken back from me. Sir, I asked library staff that is there a fee that i can pay so that I can use library.  Believe me there are people who do not even belong to TISS are sitting in library and cyber library. However, an alumni cannot use the library.

I made a ppt on rebranding and created a business model - output would have had helped in students welfare only. Please, find the attached ppt. Let me know if you can give me an appointment once you come. I have given my best to the college as an alumni. What I felt in last 1.5 months, has made isolated from the vision that you showed to us on the first day when you addressed us.

Nirmala momin - stole 7k worth material of mine, she favours people who are his favourites.( I gift her the material - levis bag, futball shoes and basketball shoes, do not know what she will do with that.)

Also, when i asked her that why do not you take action against the outsiders, she said she does not know who are outsiders and once i disclosed names of few. She plotted against me and finally those outsides came to fight with me. Yesterday I was trombay police station till 3am night to get NC done against those people both insiders and outsiders as they threatned to harm me. 

I am going from deonar pharm road where tiss students smoke weed sitting on the road, smoke in public places without hesitation what kids will learn ,when they see them and when someone like me questions with few posters then come to my house, throw stone blocks and finally fight with me.

I met Mrs. Shalini Bharat, Mr. Mariyapam, Mr. Shahjahan and finally Mr. Mohan Kumar, I am on steriods for my respiratory issues and the derogatory remarks and loud vocal tone of nirmala momen has made me think that tiss today has lost the control on its staff. There are may such power structures which are corroding tiss as a brands.
