Empathy Connects with GOONJ: Invitation for 5-day immersive Yatra in Uttarakhand

We are pleased to announce the next season of Empathy Connects' Uttar Yatra in association with GOONJ, a 5-day rural and cultural immersion Yatra - A journey of rejuvenation of people after Uttarakhand floods. The Yatra will be conducted between 1st June to 5th June, 2019 from New Delhi to Uttarkashi and back.

Empathy Connects is a for-impact initiative connecting motivated individuals with social development movements across India through experiential
travel and cultural immersion programs.
Yatra Highlights:
. Realize Realities and challenge your perceptions about life in hills. . Meet the Founding Leadership of GOONJ and understand how to start and sustain the change you want to create. . Witness the aftermath of natural disaster of 2013 in Uttarakhand and work done by Goonj. . Explore lifestyles of traditional communities of Uttarakhand.
Dates: 1st - 5th June, 2019 (New Delhi- Uttarkashi- New Delhi)
Application Deadline: 20th May, 2019
Financial Contribution: INR 14,600 (For 5 days including food, accommodation and entire travel from Delhi to Uttarakhand to back to New Delhi)
