Hey guys:

What's the status of our final mixer that we had tentatively planned for April 19th? We're less than a week out now, so if we actually are going to have it next Thursday, we need to get the word out ASAP.

On a related note, if it does so happen that April 19th wasn't an option and we're going for the 26th instead, I can make it that evening after all. I said at the meeting that I wouldn't be able to help out that night because we have a Senate banquet, but that has now been moved.

The bad news is that our Senate banquet was moved to Friday, May 4th... the same night as our end-of-year dinner. I don't expect you guys to move the event just for me, especially since I assume arrangements have been made, but unfortunately, if I have to choose between the two, I will attend the Senate event because I have spent much, much more time with those guys this year.

Finally, Nick, you said you were going to send out information about our e-vote for officers for next year... Just reminding you, since I think we have to submit our new officer information to Senate by the end of next week.

Hi Nara,

The last I heard from Nick was that he was still waiting to hear back from Apple Bar about the pricing and availability for the mixer - so it appears that its sill up in the air.

Hi Jodi/Mike/ GSO,

Thanks for Checking in.
I will touch base with Yonni and see if we can figure out a date to meet with the dean before he leaves.

The last I heard, Nick was researching the Apple bar event.
We had also discussed doing the event later in April on the 26th.
We may want to consider moving the event back a bit later so we have time to plan this.

Also, if we can reschedule our end of year dinner to another night, that would be perfect. Everyone please let me your availability that week of May 4th or the following week.

I have also reached out to Tusc and asked them to email me personally since I do not check  GSO email daily. I will also start forwarding the GSO email box directly to me to avoid this in the future.

TUSC:  Mogran Uriqua from TUSC has been sending emails to the GSO email address, who is checking this?  She will be contacting you guys directly but if you want to do an event together, they too are running out of days and are not planning on the 19th any longer for what you had discussed earlier as she has not heard back.  Can someone please reach out to her?

I can work with the dinner date if you would like to change it due to Nara's conflict.  If you are able to coordinate other dates together I am happy to do this.

I know you guys are swamped, this is what happens at the end of the semester so we are prepared for some things to get reigned back.  You don't have to do the program with TUSC if you are feeling overwhelmed!  I just need to have someone keep up communication with Mike and me as I feel right now that we have had radio silence.  I was not told at all about a meeting last week, please make sure to keep me in the loop for things like this.
