Hey GSO!

So we are thinking we need to simplify our idea - mostly because
clearly we are all busy and not in a place to organize something too
particular. We have two ideas -

1. You co-sponser Relaxation Day - BUT this means we would NEED all of
you guys to commit a few hours on Monday April 30th when you could be
in the Lounge helping man the front table, situate food, etc. If you
think this would work please send me hours you all would be available
ASAP - it's typically a 9-6 event.

2. We revert to the ice-cream social, but this would include picking
an night when we get most of our councils together to serve/ eat ice
cream. So again, if you can think of a night, send that my way and
I'll run it by the council.

For both of these options we really need to act promptly. We are in a
rush of planning Relaxation Day so if I don't hear back from you guys
by Monday, I'm going to assume we are postponing and Grad/Undergrad
festivities until fall or next spring.
