2012-2013 GSO Senator

Hey everyone,

I've met a lot of you and I hope to meet everyone else soon as we get
together to celebrate a great semester of events, collaboration and
community. I've been your Alternator Senator for the year, helping
Nara represent us at the Student Senate throughout the year and I look
forward to the opportunity to continue to represent Tisch graduate
students next year.

As I mentioned when took on the position of Alternate Senator, my
goals are to help foster interdisciplinary interactions and
collaboration throughout the Tisch community as well as the University
as a whole. As the University pushes forward with their global plans,
we must push to also make opportunities for ourselves and our
colleagues to create and collaborate. I will work to carve gallery and
performing spaces throughout the campus to showcase our work, and
create alliances across the campus and across the globe to help
connect our talent with some of the best talent that the University
has to offer.

I'm eager to be your senator and to help make certain issues that
concern us are heard throughout the university. I'd be honored if you
support me in this endeavor, thank you.
