TIQAM-Viewer-1.2.1 new feature and bug fix:
Damaris reported failure of her TSQ dataset in importing to TIQAM-Viewer.
The main reason is there were unknown scantype ‘Q1MS’ with msLevel=0.
Now, TIQAM-Viewer skips any unknown scantype without any warnings.
TIQAM-Digestor-1.2.2 new feature: Customized CE value for Thermo-QQQ output.
Since TIQAM-Digestor-1.2.0 release, we had different instrument outputs such as .thermo and .q-trap along with the first version TIQAM-digestor output Midas(.txt) and .csv.
Recently we recently learned that Thermo QQQ use its own optimized CE calculation for +2 and +3 charge state transitions.
Though experienced users can change CE values in CE column using excel spreadsheet prior to loading to machine, we would like to give users CE values matching with exported instrument output format they have selected.
Note on correct usage:
TIQAM user asked of exporting RT by TIQAM-Viewer.
You can have exported RT after you validate the transition and select “Save” button in the ‘Peptide properties panel’ in MRM ‘Peptide Properties tab’ on the right side of viewer.
This is designed to be that way since TIQAM-viewer allows user to adjust retention time while validating transition.
TIQAM-viewer is designed to assist user to validate each transition prior to exporting final dataset. Therefore, if you would like to export RT in your output file, you must validate RT and “Save”
