Hi,
I tried to enter mTRAQ heavy and light for both K and N-terminus, as
in the list for ICPL already, but whenever I select N-terminus I get
asked for an amino acid and cannot save the entry, I tried to repeat
it, failed. Any idea what to do

Hi Manfred,

I just tried both using ICPL_light. ICPL_heavy, ICPL-H_light and
ICPL-N_heavy.
I had no problem.
I have no idea. Though modification was never been an issue since we publish
the software in last year April, I can't for sure that the new version (I
was testing with right now) is better but I don't have any other
recommendation other than use newer version if you have old one.
