Based on the error message (see java.util.zip.ZipException: incomplete
literal/length tree...), the error comes from incomplete or incorrect
decompression of the compressed file *.tgz file.
Incomplete or incorrect decompression cuts off the directories and you will
can runtime error related to "not finding classes".
