Dear TIQAM users,

A new release TIQAM-Digestor-1.2.3 is released in http://tools.proteomecenter.org/TIQAM/TIQAM.html.

The new release TIQAM-Digestor can parse Selenocystein “U” and also can generate Agilent Dynamic SRM (.agilent_dynamics) and unscheduled SRM (.agilent) output formats.
