If you've ever done your shopping or banking online with Internet
Explorer or Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome, you may have noticed a
small "lock" icon appear in your broswer address bar, or that the
address bar has turned green.

This indicates that our browser is using a secure connection called
HTTPS to communicate with the website and ensure that the information
you send remains private and secure. Facebook is using HTTPS whenever
your password is sent to us and expanding its usage in order to help
keep our data even more secure.

To be safe while accessing Facebook, please change your Facebook link
from HTTP to HTTPS protocol on your browser.

How to do it : -

(1) Logged in your Facebook account

(2) Click on Account

(3) Click on Account Setting

(4) Select the Account Security

(5) Find Secure Browsing with https and tick browse Facebook with
secure connection (https) whenever possible.

(6) and click the "Save" (Save).

HTTP and HTTPS are used by your computer's Internet browser to
communicate with the main computer that control the web site up. HTTPS
is a protocol that is much more secure because the connection between
your computer and server, data is in the form of encryption.
