We at Tipjoy have been working on an open source premium twitter app,

Tatatweet takes multiple tweet accounts and feeds them to a single
account. For example: http://twitter.com/TeamTipjoy is both @abbyxmix
and @ikirigin

The link above is actually a referral link. Make your own with
http://tatatweet.com/r/<twitter username>/ and you'll get 20% of what
those who sign up from your link give us.

This is a premium twitter app that costs 99¢ per month.
