double transaction for same tweet_id

Today two users made transactions via twitter updates. I called
tweetpayment/notify each time. One case went fine, but the other one
resulted in twin transactions that differ only in the transaction_id.
Perhaps your crawler was making a transaction at the same moment I
called tweetpayment/notify?

http://tipjoy.com/joy/254017/ shows both transactions. On a separate
note, the user only has a profile pic on one row in that page, which is
surprising.
