We are trying to notify tipjoy of a tweet payment. This seems to work,
but we expected to get transaction data in the response and we don't:

curl http://tipjoy.com/api/tweetpayment/notify/ -d
tweet_id=1940609292

{"request": "/api/tweetpayment/notify/", "result": "success"}

is there something we're missing?

Thanks,

pt.

Hi Parker,

Yes, this is a bug. I've fixed it locally and will deploy later this
morning after hopefully fixing a few other bugs you've pointed out :-D

Also, I had a great idea for how to make a sandbox environment, like
you and many others have requested. It will just be an entirely
separate site like tipjoysandbox.com running a clone of tipjoy.com
with special API endpoints that let you destroy accounts and
manipulate balance information.

This is so much easier to setup than simulating and tracking sandbox
transactions on the same site as regular transactions.

best,
Ivan

Cool, looking forward to playing with it. Alternately, I was thinking
if there's a flag we could pass the live system that would give us the
right response but not change state (e.g. test=true) that would go a
long way.

Thanks,

A test=true flag would be awesome since it would be easy to switch
betweent running our apps in Production v Dev mode. The alternative is
for tests to destroy/undo sandbox transactions at the end of the test.
Either way, good news.
