New to tipfy, have one essential question

Hi all,

I looked into tipfy and noticed that the .7 branch might be able to
run outside of app engine .. am I correct thinking that?

I believe so. From the 0.7 changelog:

- NEW: Tipfy can now be used outside of App Engine. Variables that
are not thread safe are now stored in thread locals.

Haven't tried it though.
