TIPCA Fall Picnic Update

A few of the committee members will be visiting the picnic site one of these days and will be able answer your questions in detail after the visit.  We have received numerous queries regarding clarification of attendees for upcoming sponsored picnic on Oct. 18.  

Please note:
This is a free sponsored picnic for members and their immediate families only.  Definition of  "Guests" here refer to parents/relatives visiting TIPCA members from out of town and staying with them.  These guests accompanying the members to the picnic will have to pay a guest fee of $5 per person to cover non sponsored overhead expenses.   A few of the non registered members for 2014 inadvertently received the E-vite and have RSVP'd.  Please be reminded that these ex-members are welcome to attend, however, they will need to renew their membership with appropriate payment of the dues prior to this event.  Guest fee of $5 is not applicable to them.  Send your membership cheque along with full name/phone# and email id to our Treasurer - Nigel Pereira at 4127 Ferro St., Stafford, TX 77477.
