Being Easter Sunday, it was a challenge getting an all exclusive hall only for TIPCA use taking into consideration various factors viz 1. timing's from 12 noon to 6pm, 2. Hall are large enough to carry out games/dancing/Easter egg hunt for kids etc. 3. limited budget as we want to keep it affordable for the whole family. Eventually we settled for this venue which sort of meets all of these conditions. We have secured the Lost Creek Park as well as the adjacent Meeting room at Sugar Land. It is a beautiful secluded facility with huge park for outdoor games for kids/adults including soccer fields, a large play structure for children from 2 to 12, an enclosed party room with tables and chairs, with washrooms, a covered picnic pavilion and ample parking for vehicles.
We were fortunate to have our TIPCA member Daisy Fernandes who volunteered to part sponsor the event by paying for the rental of the facility and we are very grateful for her generosity. Her contribution in co- sponsoring the event made it possible to keep the expenses low and also maintain food expense at cost price for TIPCA members. There will be catered Indian cuisine lunch that includes appetizer, entree, dessert. Beverages - Water/Soda/Tea will be provided. Rate per person $10.00 (all ages above 3). Kids below 3 years is free. We will have Easter Egg hunt for kids at 12.30pm followed by lunch at 1.00pm. Plenty of fun activities to follow including music/games/dancing and more! EASTER SUNDAY: 7:00am, 9:00am, (9:15am*), 11:00am, (11:15am*), 1:00pm, 5:00pm (*Indicates Mass held at the Fort Bend ISD Annex Bldg.)
