TIPCA Picnic Update

Dear TIPCA Members,
We are so excited and glad to announce we have a FULL HOUSE for the upcoming picnic!

Catered Indian meal will be served.  Water/Soda etc will be provided.  If you have specific preference/choice of drinks, bring your own.  Apart from coming dressed for the weather, a few reminders for the picnic this Saturday....

1. Each individual needs to carry own picnic chairs.  A huge tent is being installed for our use.  Few tables will be available at site.

2. Parts of the property are wooded and so please keep handy insect repellent sprays

3  Lunch will be served at 12.30pm,  please arrive on time

4. Carry small dollar bills for Housie/Tombola game tickets and also appropriate accompanying guest fees. 

5. Try to car pool as much as possible to minimize the car park space on the property.

6. Please try and wear your TIPCA T-Shirts. We will have T-Shirts for sale at the picnic as well for $10/shirt.


Timeline:

12:00 noon Meet and Greet

12.20 Briefing on Safety issues around the animals and out of bound areas etc

12:30 to 1:30 PM Lunch

1:30 to 4:00 PM Entertainment - Games, Bingo, Sing-Song session

5:00 to 6:00 PM  Visit to the Grotto at Our Lady of Lourdes Church (Optional)

6:00 to 6:30 PM Clean up
