Thank you for visiting the TIPCA website. TIPCA is an association of Catholics who immigrated
from India, Pakistan and Africa. Most of us trace our roots to the West Coast of India.

In 1980, TIPCA was incorporated as a non-profit Association, formalizing the network of a
growing number of Indian and Pakistani Catholic families in Houston who had steadily been
building a strong bond, getting together to celebrate Easter, Christmas, New Year's Eve,
picnics and other occasions since the mid 70's.

Today, TIPCA is a thriving community that seeks to build a sense of identity and community
among people who are of Indian Catholic origin.

TIPCA is:

- an organization where Catholics from the Indian subcontinent feel invited and welcome.
- where we can meet people who share our Indian Catholic heritage and build lifelong friendships.
- a place where we can encourage our kids to value their Indian Catholic identity and culture.
- a network for resources, jobs, references, contacts, immigration information and much more.
- where we can worship together as a faith community, preserving the traditions of Indian Catholics.
