Bridge for Unreal Engine is a plugin included with your installation of Unreal Engine 5. To ensure that your Quixel Bridge plugin is enabled, select Edit > Plugins. Type bridge into the search bar and click the checkbox to enable the plugin.

Hey there @BenBanBo22! Same question as Jman, but also are you launching it from inside the launcher itself? The bridge menu comes in as another window usually and in some (rare) cases it can be off screen. On the plugins page for it, is there an orange exclamation point on this?

now I read that in order for displacement to work you have to change the displacement type in materials settings from bump to displacement and bump (thanks for the default settings which disable functionality?!). I saw that in Blender guru's tutorial.

Every image I see of the quixel megascans looks photoreal, but when i export via bridge they never displace and are flat. So i always have to find a way to displace them, when i do with the displacement modifier it only displaces one the texture i load in, i want to use a bigger plane and use the texture multiple times (using blender gurus poliigon addon).

Now we are going to create another Skatter composition on just the far grass plane and add some plants to it. Click the Skatter icon in the SketchUp toolbar to create another composition. This time we will just select the far plane as a host. We will then add some of the imported Hydrangea proxies (Or whatever plants you downloaded) to the Skatter object list. I chose an object density of 2, tweaked some of the transform randomisation settings, and set the boundary filter to 600mm offset. I then added another Skatter composition to both grass planes, this time using a free daisy asset from the 3DBazaar marketplace (Included with Skatter 2):

I can't even seem to migrate Megascans assets (surfaces) from a regular UE5 project to my Aximmetryx UE5 beta project (migration error tells me the /bridge root directory is unfound in the destination content directory).

Now you can either just import it manually by clicking on the folder icon or you can click on settings > then add in the suffix for your ID map. Select the folder again and this time it should import correctly.
