Itried opening my QB program today and it showed like I was upgrading, asking to open a back up or restore, sample company etc. I clicked on the file I had and then the error code -6209, 0 showed up saying QB encountered a problem when opening the company file. I downloaded QB tool hub and ran QB file doctor and it went through the process and at the end it said it didn't find anything wrong with the file. If I can't open my file submit a support ticket or restore from backup. I have tried restoring from back up but I still get the issue -6209,0. It also said to repair network problems before accessing from other computers on the network. I do not have any other computers that access. It says QBCF monitor service is not running on this computer and may be blocking QB and also says my anti virus is active and may be blocking QB.

The error 6209 indicates that you're unable to open your company file in your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT). Let me share some additional troubleshooting steps to get you back in working order. I suggest, running the repair tool to fix this error right away.

Thank you for replying. In an attempt to try to repair I have Windows 10 so the repair that posted I was unable to do as mine has modify and even if I hit that nothing happens. If I ran the file doctor on the QB tool hub wouldn't that be doing the exact same thing as repairing how you suggested?

Thank you for replying. It will allow me open a new company when it comes to sample company it opens up into my computer showing different files. When I click on a QB file it opens with nothing in it. So I would have to say no sample company but new company yes.

Thank you for replying. I did exactly as you instructed, .Net 3.5 & .Net 4.5 were already checked (already had a black square in the box). I even unchecked and rechecked them. Disabled the QBCF monitor service and even restarted the unit. Still the exact same thing, encountered a problem when opening. Again I ran desktop file fix and it said found no issues. Please Help, This has my whole company on it and I can't do anything.

You can rename the .ND and .TLG file to recreate them when you rescan with the QuickBooks Database Server Manager and open your company file. Please know that these are configuration files that allow QuickBooks to access a company file. To do this, you can follow the steps below:

If you're still getting the error, you can open a sample company file to test if the problem is with your company file or the QuickBooks application. If a sample company file doesn't open and instead gives you an error, it's a sign you have damage to your QuickBooks installation. You'll want to repair the installation.

However, if the same thing happens, I suggest reaching out to our support team so they can perform some troubleshooting steps with the use of screen sharing process. They also have the tools to pull up your account in a secure environment to double-check your company.

I attempted to follow what Maria Soledad told me to do with the .ND and .TLG files but I only found one file with the .TLG no .ND files. So I do not know what to do at this point. Is my only other option to go to screen share?

To all that assisted in this issue thank you. I apologize for the late response. I ended up have to reload my Windows 10 program. For some reason it lost all of it's permissions (as the computer tech told me). Once the OS was reloaded everything worked/works good.

Our stay at this condo was great! We were impressed with how clean and cozy it was. The bed was so comfy, the AC can also be adjusted to however cold you want it (This was a huge deal for us), and we also loved the shower. The half bathroom was a great addition off of the living room. It's also very convenient being on the second floor of the building, as it is easy to get to the ground floor for the pool and parking garage. The huge wrap around balcony was also great.

There were a few things that bothered us, but we are easy going and just dealt with it. On our second day, we had lots of sugar ants running along our countertop, where the sink is. Also, the dryer does suck, which I've read in previous reviews. I had clothes drying for over two hours and still had to check out of the condo with damp towels. With a four year old child, I also didn't like that the resort had a pathway to the beach that had steps to go down - it was a bit difficult to haul our wagon that was loaded down with everything that we had to haul. Overall, we had a great time and I would definitely stay here again.

We can't say enough good things about this rental. The bed was sooooo comfy it was hard to say goodbye to it!! We loved the setup so much, it was so homey and comfortable for the two of us! We also just loved the location overall - super close to Baytowne wharf, was so easy to head over on the free tram! We also loved how easy it was to get to the beach from the path behind the pool - so convenient!!

We're definitely looking forward to our next stay in this unit for sure!! :)

This was our first stay in Miramar Beach. We stayed at Luau 6209. The place was just right. Nice kitchen set up. Comfortable living room. The bed was so comfortable, I slept great. The walk to the beach was only about 3 minutes. This was perfect for just the two of us.

Response from Gibson Beach Rentals, Inc.Thank you so much for your review! We are thrilled to hear that you and your family had a wonderful time with us at Luau, and we hope to welcome you back again soon!

We had a wonderful two week stay. We stayed there for two weeks in May and liked it so well that we came back in October. Maybe one day we will have another opportunity to return. It was a relaxing, quiet stay!

Response from Gibson Beach Rentals, Inc.Thank you so much for staying with us again! We are thrilled to hear that you had such a nice time, and appreciate your kind words! We look forward to your next visit!

Very comfortable, beautifully decorated unit with the space I needed to care for my 7 month old grandbaby while the parents attended a conference. Clean, great AC, comfortable bed, awesome shower, comfy sofas, and a great corner balcony. The extra 1/2 bath was a perfect space for the baby's pack & play. Rented her gear from BabyQuip - Wendy was awesome. Kitchen was fully stocked, frig was spotless. Washer and dryer helps keep up with towels but dryer takes a long time. The Luau facility needs upgrades with hall carpet so don't judge the unit before opening the door. Everything in the unit looks new: floors, paint, drapes, furnishings. Check in and out was so easy. Loved the keyless entry too. The app works seamlessly to handle everything. Just wish there was a ramp on the beach side of the property that would allow for easier beach access for a wagon.

Recent research was shown that oxygen-derived free radicals are involved in the pathogenesis of various diseases, including ischemia-reperfusion injury. We have also reported that oxygen-derived free radicals and lipid peroxidation may play an important role in gastric mucosal injury induced by ischemia-reperfusion. The hypoxanthine-xanthine oxidase system and neutrophils are considered important sources of oxygen-derived free radicals in this process. In recent years, it also has been shown that serum platelet-activating factor (PAF) levels increased during ischemia-reperfusion, and that induction of superoxide generation by neutrophils is one of the important biological effects of PAF. In the present study, we examined the effect of CV-6209, a specific PAF receptor antagonist, on gastric mucosal injury induced by ischemia-reperfusion, to shed some light on the possible involvement of PAF in such lesions. CV-6209 significantly attenuated the gastric mucosal injury induced by ischemia-reperfusion, and inhibited both an increase of thiobarbituric acid reactive substances and a decrease of alpha-tocopherol in gastric mucosa after ischemia-reperfusion. However, CV-6209 had no effect on gastric mucosal blood flow during ischemia-reperfusion. These results suggest that endogenous PAF may play an important role in gastric mucosal injury induced by ischemia-reperfusion, and that CV-6209 exerts its beneficial effect mainly by inhibiting neutrophil superoxide production induced by PAF.
