Welcome to OJCIN OnLine (Oregon Judicial Case Information Network) - the official website of Register of Actions and judgment records for the State of Oregon Judicial Department. OJCIN OnLine includes OECI (Oregon eCourt Case Information Network), and ACMS (Appellate Case Management System). OJCIN OnLine is a valuable paid subscription resource for court case information from all 36 of Oregon's circuit courts, in addition to the Tax & Appellate courts. It allows you to search for civil, small claims, tax, domestic, and criminal (including misdemeanor and felony) cases. Some cases are confidential and protected statutorily and therefore not available to the public.

If you have already signed up for an OJCIN OnLine Account, click on the button below to access records. You will be redirected to the OECI Portal where you will need to provide your OJCIN OnLine login credentials.

Please note: This information is provided in near real time from the Oregon Judicial Department database but the information does not constitute the official record of the court. The official record of the court is located at the court site where the case was filed. For detailed information about a case, contact the local court directly where the case is filed.

Court staff updates case information daily and makes every attempt to enter case information as soon as possible after receiving it. However, there are sometimes delays between receiving documents and entry of case information into the judicial database.
