Game development aims to determine the feasibility of Chemistry Varmintz game developed as a medium of learning in the material periodic system of elements. Decent game if it meets the criteria of validity, practicality and effectiveness. Step-by-step development of the game is divided into two stages: (1) the preliminary stage of planning, potential and problems (2) the development stage which consists of the initial design of products, media study, the revised draft, validation media and limited testing. The research instrument used is the validation sheet, sheet student responses, pretest and posttetst, as well as student activity observation sheet. The results showed that the game varmintz chemistry fit for use as a medium of learning. It is shown from the results of the validity of the percentage of 85.71% with a very valid criteria. Practicality is 92.5% with a very practical criteria. The effectiveness of 86.67% with a very effective criteria. These results indicate that the game varmintz chemistry fit for use as a medium of learning in the material periodic system of elements.
