Most of the partner ask you for Japanese traditional dishes. Personally my first meal to choose will be definitely sushi or sashimi which no other country can beat the soft and tender taste made with craftsmanship which is worth to be proud of.

Now, many Japanese, almost all of Japanese I met was using the word "Neta (ネタ)" as the fish part however, the Japanese encyclopedia and dictionary indicates that ( Tane ; タネ) is the official, formal wording while "Neta (ネタ)" is the "indecent" term of expressing of the fish part while I faced plenty of inner - troubling moments by knowing it is very rude to say anything "straight" in Japan culture.

We have learned from schools that language represents the major culture of the society and if a certain word is used by the majority, the correct, qualified term has to be changed to the widely used terms from another.

I would like to ask if there exists any National Language Association in Japan, what about changing the official wording to "Neta" instead of "Tane" rather than stating in an ambiguous manner as "Tane (Neta) - note : Neta is an indecent expression" like the right table.

*Story: The story revolves around Arya-a journalist, Santhanam-a photographer and Premgi-a cartoonist who meet each other, staying in an old rented house, come across a parcel full of diamonds from Hansika.

*Director Kannan who has done 3 films has not been so successful falls down yet again with the cult Hit film Delhi Belly remake Settai. Since I have not watched the original, my gut feel says that the director in the name of changing some scenes and modifying the cuss words and swear words from Delhi Belly has messed up the entire plot. Director Kannan should have worked hard on the script and if he has changed to suit our tamil audience, then he should have equally thought of eloborating the roles and screenplay which he failed to do.

Music: Thaman gave average songs for this film and its well proved that none of the songs were needed in this film. Simply placed for the sake of having it. The item song by Neetu Chandra at the start was absolutely of no use.The pace of the film gets disturbed hugely.

The 1st half of the film looks good with the introduction of all the charachters with comical sequences but with slow paced screenplay and sometimes makes audience wondering till the interval as to when the story will start(which never happens), the second half tries to keep the audience engaged with some fun moments revolving around Arya and Co. and Anjali & Nasser and the hide and seek thats played.

Each language has specific words that can't be translated easily. Here are some words I could find within Japanese words. When you have a chance to collaborate with Japanese people, you might hear some of them...

"Seken" means society. "Tei" means appearance. It means your reputation, but not only just you, it includes anyone who is close or related to you in any form in society such as your family, friends, relatives so forth. A subject can be anything, for instance, education, career, marriage, family, and relationship, not necessarily something dramatic or scandalous. Although I don't hear this very often, to some extent, the Japanese care about it.

Typically Settai means business dinner. When you invite external parties to dinner to have a closer relationship with a company expense, it is Settai. Sometimes it leads to a series of activities you need to join after dinner. For those who want to know more, I found this article. There are other types of Settai, such as "Settai-golf"(接待ゴルフ) or "Settai-trip"(接待旅行). The most important thing is you never say Settai in a voice during Settai. It implies you feel something compulsory or negative about what's going on. Please be careful if you use it.

Nemawashi needs to take care of people who don't have authority. If you want to make something approved and its approver wants to get agreement from all his/her /their subordinates, there is no way to avoid it. This is a mandatory step in order to make something concrete when you work with a large organization in Japan.

"Black" indicates something illegal or immoral. "Kigyo" means a corporation. We also call it just Black. English corresponding word is "sweatshop", although Black can cover broader meaning. Not necessarily the manufacturing industry, any industry can be Black, if the employer forces its employee something illegal or immoral. You can see the list of companies in Black Kigyo Award.

"Yome" means wife/wives in Japanese. When a husband wants to change his career, either accepting a job offer from another company or starting own his business, his wife doesn't agree and he can't achieve it, we say "He couldn't change his career because of Yome Block. "Oya-Block" ("Oya"=parents) is the same concept. This is a relatively new word to show that the labor market in Japan is getting to be flexible compared to before.

The Shikoku pilgrimage is constantly evolving, adapting with the times to welcome all types of pilgrims, including increasing numbers of young people, and visitors from abroad. In addition to the traditional pilgrimage on foot, pilgrims these days might travel the route by bicycle, and there are even bus tours that whisk pilgrims from one sacred site to the next. With the route being circular there are no strict rules about where it begins and ends, or in which direction pilgrims must travel. Jun-uchi means visiting the temples in numerical order, while gyaku-uchi means going in the reverse order. Meanwhile, kugiri-uchi refers to doing the pilgrimage over a number of years, one section at a time.

In 2009, as part of an effort to revitalise the town of Naruto, a local resident group renovated the workshop of a 100-year-old Meiji Era printing house to use as a reception space. Located near the first temple, Ryōzan-ji, local volunteers offer o-settai here. The vintage timber building is a designated Tangible Cultural Property and was used as part of the film set for the 2006 film Ode to Joy (Baruto no Gakuen), a true story about German prisoners of war interned in the Bandō Prisoner-of-War Camp here in Naruto, during the Second World War.

Ryūsui-an is a former hermitage located along Shōsan-ji Michi, the path connecting the eleventh temple, Fujii-dera, with the twelfth temple, Shōsan-ji. This path includes a series of steep climbs and descents, which, for pilgrims who embarked on the Henro at the first temple, is their first encounter with difficult terrain. Ryūsui-an is now used as an o-settaireception space run by a group of ten volunteers, who take turns staffing the space. A resourceful bunch, the volunteers sell wild vegetables such as bracken shoots (warabi) to pay the utility bills. Settei (設定(せってい)) is the Japanese word for any images relating to a character, location, or object. It's one of the most important words for you to know since the settei informs how and what you draw.

As a layout artist, you'll be working with the genga version of the settei most of the time. These aren't colored, but feature clean drawings and often come in versions with and without shadow maps. The shadow map colors in settei aren't arbitrary. They relate to the kind of material a shadow is on and the intensity of the shadow. If the character designer creating settei was rushed or the character depicted is of secondary importance, they might just have flat blue shadows.

Even when the settei itself has flat shadows, it's helpful to add color variation for different objects in your layout if you have the time. Like with everything else, exactly which colors indicate what varies from studio to studio. The chart to the right has some pretty common color variations.

Settai (business entertainment, often in the form of dinners), is a curious feature of Japanese corporate culture that is at its most intense in Tokyo, where a thriving business-social scene is encouraged by high-context official communication styles that rely on inference and "reading between the lines" and a geographically condensed professional sphere that reduces travel times.

Modern settai is no stranger to headwinds, however. In the aftermath of Japan's so-called bubble economy (which imploded in 1991), commercial bank executives were found to have hosted industry regulators from the Ministry of Finance at a restaurant featuring waitresses sporting short skirts but no panties. The revelation caused public outrage and led to multiple arrests for bribery within the ministry.

"SETTAI" is a Japanese word that means to treat customers politely so that they will feel "I'm really glad I came here."
