Ola, Problemas com a instalação no Delphi 2010

Estou tentando instalar o tiOPF no Delphi 2010 e não estou conseguindo devido a um objeto que ele não encontra a referencia.
[DCC Error] tiModelMediator.pas(27): E2003 Undeclared identifier: 'TtiGUIToObjectEvent'
Adicionei os seguintes path´s na library
..\core
..\GUI
..\GUI\VCL
..\Options
Baixei os arquivos pelo svn : https://tiopf.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/tiopf/tiOPF3/Trunk
Se alguem puder me ajudar.
