Im going back and getting a few stray trophies, so just out of curiosity, does choosing a chapter and letting the game save overwrite my save file so the later chapters and endings I've completed will be gone? I'm just wondering if I were to get Happy Birthday, and then quit use chapter select and jump to getting say Bad Cop, would that be possible? And still I would maintain all endings I've unlocked?
Start from the beginning: like hassons shop and use the same saved file and use auto save and play it thru...(no going from chapter to chapter just play it thru) But first get the Perfect crime trophy so it will be easier getting the all endings trophy..
[spoiler=recto2]Start from Hassen's shop chapter, turn saves on, and go for the perfect crime trophy. Follow the IGN guide on gettingthe other endings and remember to turn saves on to get the endings to save. They don't go away from the list, but if you turn off the saving it will not save the endings to the list so you will not the get the All Endings Trophy. The Nerd Trophy also requires you to find all the clues through the game so this one is also another playthrough. Every other trophy can be done with saving turned off and I recommend you do that last.
if you got the peferct crime trophy on one save file and didnt change any thing then no.. you just have to go back a few chapters..... use this guide if you already beat the game and need more info.. -rain/39626-heavy-rain-road-map.html..2.keep playing through, cause going from or switching chapters to chapters just messes things up..
I have gone through alot of threads on here and I see the same thing over and over again about the switching chapters thing will mess up your game. Now I have done this quite alot:rolleyes:.....so my question is, would it be wise of me to just start a new game after I am done with my current play through. I have no problem replaying the game at all because this game is amazing.
BTW...I see you have been very active on here helping everyone. I would like to say THANK YOU. It seems you have been the most active and helpful thus far , I have use alot of your tips and they have worked...Keep up the good work.
Thank you for the acknowledgement, This is my favorite game and site, so i want to be active in this game and forum in anyway, and there has been alot of other people that has had input in what i said so i dont take all the credit. Im glad the info has helped you. For your question----if you are going for the perfect crime trophy start from hassons shop and play it thru with saves on and after you finish that playthrough, use the guide here. -rain/39626-heavy-rain-road-map.html..to get all endings... if you are missing some trophies in between chapters leave auto save off and go from chapter to chapter..
Rain, Wind, Power Outages Affecting CaliforniansMuch of the worst of the latest atmospheric river has passed through Northern California. But areas of Southern California continue to be hit with heavy rain and threats of flash flooding.

Thanks James. I must try some of these Arrivals and Approaches in the sim. Based on your experience, is there any one combination of STAR and Approach from any given direction that gives you the biggest challenge at EGLL, or any other airport? Thanks!
Well if you fly into serious convective activity, indeed you can get serious upsets. XP12 now has serious up and down drafts as well as microbursts. The autopilot will disconnect if there is a serious bank or pitch excursion and if you do not react fast enough with controls, or if you are in a deadly microburst, then you could find yourself in that attitude.
I have deliberately flown into severe thunderclouds just to see what happens and got some wild +45 to -45 degree bank angles - though if you did that in a real plane, you probably would cause some physical damage to wings, stabilizer, elevators or ailerons.
That is the problem, that the autopilot DOES NOT disconnect, nothing happens even if a 90 degrees tilt. If it would, at least I could say oh man you got by mistake a deadly flight due to the weather. But the ac flies over as it nothing had happened, even if this durates 5-10 minutes. Totally unreal.
Nico is flying with x enviro and the Zibo handles beautifully. Unfortunately, the devs of x enviro do not plan to support mac silicon, so I am out of luck and must suffer the vagaries of Laminar weather. I experience some of the same oscillations and unreal wind shear that others have reported but do not think it is a Zibo problem. Other aircraft may not be as sophisticated in the reactions to the bad Laminar winds. Really, I think this is a XP 12 problem.
Well what you are describing is having flown into cloud... a serious convective system, likely rapidly building. Have you ever flown a real plane into merely a small puffy white cloud that is innocent looking? It can be quite shocking to feel just how much turbulence can occur in even the most innocuous looking cloud, let alone a monster CB. (CumulonimBus)
Yes, Laminar Real Weather has too much shear/gust actions which are unreal as to how fast and strong they act. Seems to me they have the inertia of the air set far too high, somewhat closer to water than air as to how it acts sometimes. But it's not a Zibo problem, and you should be avoiding areas of heavy rain/convective activity or suffer the same fate as Delta 191:
There was nothing in the descriptions I've read in the weather engine for X-Plane 12 that sounded like it's at all based on how Austin feels riding in a light aircraft. We can quibble about the accuracy of the modeling, etc., but I don't see the need to trivialize someone's work.
I can't recall if it was somewhere in this thread or elsewhere that a pilot pointed out that you would not fly into quite a bit of the weather that currently exists in X-Plane in real life, only you can't tell where it is because the weather radar doesn't really work.
I found that although the approach was correctly Identified on the PFD and the autopilot (with App armed) followed the initial approach accurately, once I'd gone manual at about 1200ft AGL the vertical bar on the FD started to diverge from the vertical 'diamond', with the diamond commanding a greater descent (and according to the PAPIs it was right).
On setting 'range rings' on the Fix page as taught by @flightdeck2sim I noticed there was no Runway 35 in the legs page, but just the final fix on the approach chart PR543. Is all of this standard on an RNP approach? Were the FD bars targeting the DA(H) 480'?
Thanks, @skymatix. I think I did everything by the book, so my question is is it normal for the FD bars and the NPS diamonds to disagree on short final approach? And is it normal for the final waypoint to be in the LEGS page but not the RW35 (turns out LPPR is the example you used in the PDF, so would be good to know what you have observed when flying this one?)
After the recent walk where my Scarpa ZG65 XCR boots let me down by leaking, after a morning walking in heavy rain. I returned them to Open Air who agreed they were faulty and supplied me free of charge with a new pair.
As you can see the boots were pretty water tight for around 8 hours or so, after this the right boot leaked noticeably more than the left. Obviously this was a static test, in practice when walking you will get a pumping action so it will be interesting to see how they fare in the next rain walk.
In Formula One, most people are focusing on the Drivers Championship but the more important one is the Constructors Championship, on which basis millions of dollars are distributed to the teams the following year.
Browsing to find a specific system option is a daunting task because there is no apparent logic for the order the options are listed in. As SOLIDWORKS evolved over the years, new options were added in various places with little care for the user experience.
With such a large number of options to customize, professional CAD administrators need to examine the way their team uses SOLIDWORKS in depth in order to find the optimal set of settings that maximizes productivity while minimizing possible errors.
For a user, working with optimal system settings is akin to driving a Formula One car that has been tuned for a specific course and specific weather. Not having to worry about what could go wrong with the car allows the user to focus only on driving their CAD program the most efficient way.
