Compass Vault is a free Android app developed by Audio Manager Gallery Vault. It falls under the Utilities & Tools category and is a unique gallery vault that hides your photos, videos, and music behind a compass display. This feature makes it stand out from other gallery vaults.

The app provides a safe and secure way to hide your files and enjoy images and videos inside the vault. In addition to hiding photos and videos, you can also create secret notes to keep them safe. The front-end display of the compass provides an added layer of security, ensuring that no one knows that you have installed a gallery vault.

I am using a MapView in my app to show some annotations. In iOS 7 a compass appears randomly on the map. I can't reproduce the error because it appears randomly but I want to disable it.Any ideas how to disable it?

I found a solution to your problem, using Mark Amery's idea about traversing the MKMapView instance subviews to find the compass, along with the use of gesture recognition to trigger the removal event.

A little frustrated there is no option to hide the Compass in the final release of the game without hiding the whole HUD. I want it there for people who like it but I got addicted to no hud with BOTW pro mode and now find unwanted elements on my screen hard to deal with. I really hope they patch in a simple on off switch for picky people like me.

Anyone have any inkling of what's going on here? Invaded a host several times and they were nowhere to be found, even left the general area to see if they would pop up as an icon to no avail. Is there an exploit that people are using now to hide from invaders and not show up on the map?

Is there any way to hide the compass? I can't find the option in the interface menu, and the only add-on that comes close to letting me is the WYKKD Full Immersion add-on, which doesn't actually work (the compass comes back when in combat and stays onscreen afterwards).

Does anyone know if it is possible to configure the Android version of Field Map to hide the Directions/Compass/Favourite tools from the popups. They persist across all popups and take up quite a lot of valuable screen space.

I see this happening if the canvas is really far zoomed out. However when I zoom in the compass shows up again. It kinda annoys me somehow whenever I'm making my first fast sketches where I usually just mess around with my lines to get enough anchor on my subject or what not. Hopefully there's a way

I have disabled my compass, flying exclusively in stabilize mode. I am using the Craft & Theory FrSky telemetry cable and the bad compass message repeats and is very annoying. Seems that the only way to stop it is to turn the volume off but I would like to get other alerts. This is not a pre-arm check, this is on the Mission Planner screen in big red letters for the entire flight. Is there a way to tell mission planner to ignore the disabled compass or hide the message, therefore not sending it to my transmitter?

The SOLIDWORKS Composer Compass Icon in the top-right corner of the viewport is used to help orient your viewpoint within the 3D environment. The compass is a collaborative actor and can be used and controlled just like any other collaborative actor.

1. Open the page that has the button or buttons you want to hide.

2. Select the Settings button in the toolbar.

Note: If the Toolbar is hidden, first select the Modify Button at the top right corner of your screen, then Settings.

3. Select Editor.

4. Select the button(s) you want to modify.

Note: If you want to select multiple buttons, select the drop-down arrow next to Select in the Editing Toolbar and choose Multi Select. Then select multiple buttons.
5. Select the Properties button at the top left corner of the first button to open the Button Properties panel.

6. Select the Misctab.

7. Select the Hiddencheck box.

8. Select Exit on the Editing Toolbar. When a dialog opens asking you if you want to save changes to the page, select Yes.

no matter how i position the camera, the stick is in the way and i dont see the compass. i cant find any "hide stick" control, there is no clickable area on the stick either to make it disappear (like in hornet for example). hide stick checkbox in game settings is ignored.

I'm currently running a APM 2.5+ board on a skywalker 1880. Due to tightly packed electronics, occasionally the compass will give out bad reading and the "BAD Compass Health" warning will show on mission planner's HUD. Despite the error, the plane still flies perfectly. The problem is it will be in a competition soon, and I don't want the message showing up during flight with judges watching. Does anyone know if it's possible to disable that warning?

I noticed that after I cut the trace (I have a 2.5 board) that the onboard compass still has a little influence in Mission Planner. With the PCB on the table, and the external gps/compass connected, I rotated just the PCB and the compass follows it. It does drift back to the heading of the external compass but I thought that was interesting. Anyway, I didn't think it would matter since they are both facing in the same direction.

I know it's not exactly the answer you're asking for, but having the same problem myself plus bogus home-arrow readings, I just disabled the magnetometer altogether. Once the plane is moving the GPS will give all the directional info needed - to the APM and to the pilot. Unless you're doing auto takeoffs and need precise initial ground tracking from the compass....

I have an awesome Olympus TG-4 compact camera and when the camera is turned off and tucked away in my pocket, sometimes the Info button gets pressed by accident and then the compass turns on. This uses precious battery power and is also annoying because suddenly there's this light coming from the screen.

Not turn off the compass, not turn off the objective, just turn off the personal story star? I am sick to death of seeing it on all my alts and the only u.i option i have turns off the objective as well. SO, anyone know how to turn this thing off?

For this version of hide and seek, I'll be using my Doram character CM Catstra to wander the world of Rune-Midgard and hide as a bush in various places, and it's up to you to find me! If you can find me and PM me a secret password I will reveal on stream, you get this lovely prize!

In this article, we present an undocumented method that can be used to hide such inbox rules. These hidden rules remain functional, but are no longer visible in popular email clients and Exchange administration tools (on-premise and Office365 environments). The described method comes from our own research and has so far not been observed in the wild. However, similar methods might exist and could be used by cyber criminals.

'Just as a magnetic compass aligns itself with the Earth's magnetic field, because its energy is lower when it points that way, so a single electron in a magnetic field has a different energy depending on which way its spin points,' he says.

But in the quantum world nothing is easy: try to look directly at which way this 'quantum compass' is pointing and the very superposition you wanted to catch in the act - of it pointing north and south at the same time - is destroyed. Instead the superposition state will be replaced with one where the magnet is pointing either north or south at random.

The researchers used the magnetism of a single atom of nitrogen trapped in a high-purity diamond as their 'quantum mechanical compass'. Under laser light, the nitrogen atom fluoresced according to how it was magnetised.

Rather than asking, 'Is the magnet pointing north or south?' the team asked, 'Is it pointing not east?' Measurements that confirm 'not east' were still compatible with the quantum superposition of pointing both north and south at the same time. The researchers studied three successive rounds of measurement on the nitrogen quantum compass, and used correlations between different rounds to prove the presence of quantum superposition in their system.

The HUD or Heads Up Display is a graphical interface overlaid onto the screen to give the pioneer information. It includes a cross-hair, compass, hotbar, a list of shortcuts, a health bar, and equipment status.

At the top is the compass, which shows the cardinal directions relative to the pioneer's current facing and also indicates the directions of any vehicles with an icon. It also shows the direction of waypoints from the HUB or Beacons. Which Beacons are displayed, and at what distance it will show on the compass, can be controlled from the Map's Beacons menu once unlocked at Tier 1.

Located in the lower-left corner of the canvas, the 3D compass acts as an orientation and shortcut device. It has active and passive states, depending on whether the pointer is positioned over it. In its passive state, it displays the orientation of the three world axes (X, Y, and Z). In its active state, the compass presents color-coded shortcuts to activate the reference (orthogonal and perspective) cameras.
