Informed Delivery is a free service from USPS that shows you preview images of incoming mail, as well as status updates about your incoming and outbound packages. You can see those notifications in a morning Daily Digest email, or at any time via the dashboard from your phone, computer, or the USPS Mobile app. Informed Delivery also has other features that make tracking and receiving your packages easier and more convenient.
You'll only get mail preview notifications on days that you're getting mail. (You won't get them on Sundays or federal holidays, either.) Also, check your Email Opt-In settings to make sure your email notifications are turned on and are using the right email address. A shared mailbox makes it easy for a group of people to monitor and send email from a public email alias like in...@contoso.com. When a person in the group replies to a message sent to the shared mailbox, the email appears to be from the shared address, not from the individual user. You can also use the shared mailbox as a shared team calendar.
Any member of the shared mailbox can create, view, and manage appointments on the calendar, just like they would their personal appointments. Everyone who is a member of shared mailbox can see their changes to the shared calendar.
After your admin has added you as a member of shared mailbox, close and then restart Outlook. The shared contact list associated with the shared mailbox is automatically added to your My Contacts list.
The SMTP AUTH protocol is used for SMTP client email submissions, typically on TCP port 587. SMTP AUTH supports modern authentication (Modern Auth) through OAuth in addition to basic authentication. For more information, see Authenticate an IMAP, POP or SMTP connection using OAuth.
Virtually all modern email clients that connect to Exchange Online mailboxes in Office 365 or Microsoft 365 (for example, Outlook, Outlook on the web, iOS Mail, Outlook for iOS and Android, etc.) don't use SMTP AUTH to send email messages.
Therefore, we highly recommend that you disable SMTP AUTH in your Exchange Online organization, and enable it only for the accounts (that is, mailboxes) that still require it. There are two settings that can help you do this:
The value $null indicates the setting for the mailbox is controlled by the global setting on the organization. You use the values $true (disabled) or $false (enabled) to override the organization setting. The mailbox setting takes precedence over the organization setting.
Use a text file to identify the mailboxes. Values that don't contain spaces (for example, alias, email address, or account name) work best. The text file must contain one mailbox on each line like this:
Individual mailboxes in the Microsoft 365 admin center: Go to Users > Active users > select the user > click Mail > click Manage email apps and verify the value of Authenticated SMTP (checked = enabled, unchecked = disabled).
Individual mailboxes in Exchange Online PowerShell: Replace with the name; alias; email address or account name of the mailbox; run the following command; and verify the value of the SmtpClientAuthenticationDisabled property (False = enabled, True = disabled, blank = use organization setting).

We recommend using the Amazon SES console to send a test email with Amazon SES. Because the console requires you to manually enter information, you typically only use it to send test emails. After you get started with Amazon SES, you will most likely send your emails by using either the Amazon SES SMTP interface or API. However,the console is useful for monitoring your sending activity.

Amazon SES includes a mailbox simulator that you can use to test how your application handles different email sending scenarios. The mailbox simulator is useful when, for example, you want to test an email sending application without creating fictitious email addresses, or when you want to find your system's maximum throughput without impacting your daily sending quota.
Emails that you send to the mailbox simulator are limited by your account's maximum sending rate, but they don't affect your daily sending quota. For example, if your account is authorized to send 10,000 messages per 24-hour period, and you send 100 messages to the mailbox simulator, you can still send up to 10,000 messages to regular recipients without reaching your sending quota.
