TioExplorer missing code

Hello,
I'm trying to build test the tio container server. After some
adaptations for my build system (VC2008) the C/C++ code builds and
runs, but the TioExplorer project shows some missing files:
ContainerViewer.cs (ContainerViewer.Designer.cs, ContainerViewer.resx)
and X1Codec.cs in TioClientClr. Could you please check in these files?

Done. Could you please test?
I've fixed some string related bugs as well.
Note that the C# API is not complete and TioExplorer is a code example.
