I'd like to link to an off-site blog but have blog link show up in the top level navigation. Right now, I'm doing that by using a meta refresh. Is there a better way?

If your top-level pages are unlikely to change much I'd just hardcode the navigation links. I'm not going to add anything special for a redirect or anything like that so your options are:
1. Reorder your nav so it isn't a problem 2. Hardcode the links
