[tinypy] can anyone upload a win32 build for version 1.1?

hi,

needless to say, i just spent the whole night trying to find the right
tools so i can build tinypy. i think i will give up now. if anyone has
a build of 1.1 on for windows, that could be handy.

It is not that difficult to build it...
