tinypug 0.9.6 update

Tiny Puglets,

After some valuable feedback from users and (cough) a few prospective
customers, we're about to embark on another development iteration.
Carole and I did a prioritization at lunch today and here's what we
came up with:

This prioritization isn't set in stone, but it's close. If there's an
issue that you were hoping to get resolved sooner, please let me know
ASAP. That said, you should always feel free to enter feature requests
and bugs you run across into Google Code (linked-to above) whenever
you run across them -- we got one today which I was able to resolve
pronto, making everybody involved feel warm and fuzzy, especially me.

This time around, we moved a *lot* of issues into the nebulous,
hypothetical "Future" iteration (which means we want to do the feature
but just don't know when we'll be able to schedule it). Something
that's tagged 0.9.6 means we want to do the feature right away, and
the few things that are tagged 0.9.7 means we want to do the feature
soon but not right away.

One of the big themes of this release will be polishing and extending
the basic content aggregation features that we added in 0.9.5. Another
theme will involve the developer community portal use case that
supports several of our consulting customers -- Books (really
organizing stories with an outline) is the big feature here. We're
hoping to extend the localization features we began work on in 0.9.5
for a bilingual portal we support, which will benefit all
international users. And you can see that we've scheduled two Twitter-
related features for 0.9.6 -- Twitter authentication and pinging
Twitter when new content is published.
