Debian Etch

After updating to Debian Etch in anticipation of December, I found the
configuration tests for HAVE_IEEE_FP_FORMAT and HAVE_IEEE_FP_SNAN were
failing when they had previous passed. This revealed two cases of an
uninitialized variable in funmath.cpp be uncovered. Otherwise, it seems
to be fine.

The fixes for have been backpatched to 2.4, but there's no release for
them, yet. So, if you run into trouble this weekend, Noltar, I may have
already fixed it. In any case, the final drop for Etch needs to be
2.4.3.32 or later.

TinyMUX 2.4.3.32 contains what I think are the final bits for Etch. I
saw 2.4.3.31 move from unstable to testing yesterday.
