Noltar has been doing the Debian packages for TinyMUX and PennMUSH.
I've posted his 2.6 work back into the repository under ./debian.

Since TinyMUX 2.7 includes new binaries (libmux.so and stubslave),
I've been tweaking the rules myself -- to give him a head start
perhaps when/if the time comes for TinyMUX 2.7 to be debianized. So, I
have 32-bit and 64-bit Debian packages for 2.7.5.23. The question then
is whether it makes sense for these (and possible Redhat rpm
equivalents) to be posted on the ftp site.

I've finally decided that it doesn't for two reasons: We would need
lenny, etch, builds of each, and as the build moves, these package
would periodically need to be rebuilt. Also, a package requires a
specific set of build options. Right now, that's --enable-wodrealms
and --enable-realitylvls. So, that doesn't work for Firan or for
anyone wanting to use the stubslave.
