Forked TinyMUX 2.6 to its own separate support branch

The existing promotion tree with dev_alierak, dev_brazil, dev_firan,
and dev_ronan, dev, and trunk are now for 2.7 changes. Any changes
targeted for TinyMUX 2.6 must be made in the TinyMUX-2.6 branch.

Changes in the TinyMUX-2.6 branch will propogate up to trunk for
inclusion in 2.7 as well, but changes from the trunk will not be merged
down into TinyMUX-2.6.
