Hi

I have a samba server instaled on a debian box. However, when i mount it with the PCLOS control centre, I cannot write to the mount. I also tried mounting an nfs volume, and it similarily had a permissions problem. However,I have accessed the same samba share on windows computers without problem.

i tried manually mounting a nfs share:

su -c  ' mount 192.168.2.3:/home /mnt/nfshomes'

everything is the way it should be except that access is stilll denied to writing on the share, the same result from mounting via PCLOSCC.

I have the same problem regarding my ntfs partition mount.

what should i do?
