Hi,
on my ThinkPad oldtimer 600E all LiveCD runs fine BUT cable web
connection through
USB-Eth adaptor ADMtek 8511.
Root: lsusb - OK, modprobe pegasus - OK i.e. nothing, dhclient eth0 -
OK incl. IP adress
from DHCP, ifconfig after dhclient OK, but IP not saved/fixed, no
ping except own IP or internal, no websites.
No problem with others lightdistros like DSL, Puppy etc.
Please howto start-fix it, maybe install on HDD with saved changed cfg
files ?
Anyway it must go from LiveCD too.
