A round of fresh tinymce_hammer updates

The latest version has all of the following:
* Rails 3 support (maintains 2.3+ support)
* Upgraded to latest version of TinyMCE 3.3.9.2
* Provided rake task for caching the combined js, this helps out
environments where you can't write to disk (e.g. Heroku).
* Configuration now accepted in a standard Hash format
Download it, try it out, let me know if you have any issues.
