This is a new version of the Internship Proposal I am making for
Grinnell College students. I hope to get it out tomorrow. If you
have a chance to glance at it and look for things that might be better
explained, restated... please do.

I am working from a few internship descriptions that Grinnell sent me,
which accounts for the formatting. It might also be worthwhile to
send this to some other schools as I think college students, in
general, would be a good fit for the project

Thanks,

Carlos

You do not define actual working hours or days of the week.

I thougth about that - but it's tricky to do at this point.

Perhaps just say "in excess of typical working hours"?

"Specific working hours will be determined, intern should come prepared for an intense experience..."?

I worry about under-preparing someone for the experience, but am not sure how to phrase it.

I would suggest something like this maybe for working hours.

"Working hours are undefined by the unique nature of this project.  Interns will be living in community and the times defined by work and non-work will be hard to differentiate.  Interns should be prepared for a intensive community experience, with daily chores, project work, manual labor, etc...etc(what ever one might want to say) all contributing to the interns learning experience."
