I think this sounds great, my only other thing is to maybe have the
"factory" scene to have a variety of world scenes, so like a farm
scene/factory/clothing/technology setting, you know just a few
different things to show a global reach of this....Also are we still
going to go with the idea of kind of a one "person" probably a man,
and then the same on the other side, I think we also need to have a
women, some children, etc... I think showing the global diversity on
the other side is important...... Also as this person on the scale
side builds wealth can he start to get more pig looking

I like that idea of showing different manifestations of the concept,
but 30 seconds is very short and I think if we have a lot of stuff/
visual imagery going on we will lose the clear message that can
illustrate the text.

There is really only time to show a simple concept: that many workers
on one side of a fulcrum are creating wealth for one person on the
other, and as this happens the scale (teeter-totter) tips and that
ultimately it will fail. Even with one zoom out from a view of an
object being created to a view of the teeter-totter we will be running
into the 30 second limitation.

I think a really simple aesthetic would work well for this quote - and
we have to think about how much time we have for making things...
probably just part of one day. Starting with a really simple visual
and expanding makes sense... perhaps the humans are all the same
photograph as Alex was talking about yesterday - and that we suggest
the global diversity by varying the product that turns into money as
it crosses the fulcrum? This means that the making we do can be
centered on the objects - though we have to figure out how to make it
seem like those objects are being made.

What if there is a row of people on either side of the conveyor and
they are taking objects from a box behind them and placing them on the
conveyor (that proceeds to the single person, changing to money at the
fulcrum point). Then the boxes could have different sorts of things
in them, like shoes, food, cars... we could suggest a global scale in
that way? The people could be identically dressed but both women and
men and children in the photographs on the worker side?

I also had another idea for someone pulling or pushing a cart or
vehicle of some type either constructed of materials related to the
concept, or with a large person sitting on the cart either feeding the
person pushing the cart, or sitting doing something else. At some
point the person just lets go of the cart, or breaks free and stops
pulling or pushing it - suddenly realizing that they don't have to do
that anymore - no longer need to support or pull that cart, and the
cart just stops or rolls back down a hill or something. Very simple
direct concept, Just a thought - needs development.

I think that they actually need to be making something or constructing
something...maybe not just placing things in the box....seems more
effortless to place stuff in the box....Maybe the box is partially
folded so that they fold up the two sides and close it....also,
yesterday, Carlos you mentioned them pulling a lever and something
dropping into the box. i think that is a good idea...visually it would
break up the frame to have some contraption above with things
dropping. makes for interesting sound effects...pulling the lever/
pushing the button, then the thing falling and the kerplunk of it into
the box...adds a beat of sorts. creates a focus on the monotony of the
system.
